Shipping + Returns
Shipping Information:
Once your order is received it will be shipped from our warehouse in
Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. In stock items will be shipped
within 48 hours unless otherwise noted. Shipping includes
packaging & handling. Care and content instructions are included.
All order have free shipping. All Canadian
orders are shipped via Canada Post and Canada Post Air for both US and
International orders. Shipments sent outside of Canada may be subject to
Customs charges; sorry, we have no control over this.
Return Information:
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. We will
provide returns on unwashed and unused product(s) within 21 days of
purchase from the original purchaser only. Shipping will not be refunded
unless there is a product defect. The printed invoice included with the
original shipment (or a copy of the invoice) must be included. Returns
will be accepted that are return post marked within 14 days of the
delivery post mark. Return of any item return post marked over 14 days
after the delivery post mark will not be accepted. Please indicate the
following on a note with your return: 1) What is the reason for the
return and 2) Would you like a replacement item or be refunded.

Product Warranty:
All products purchased from this website will be under limited warranty
for 60 days from date of purchase (to original purchaser only). This
warranty covers construction flaws and does not cover excess wear and
tear or damages from cleaning.
